From the moment I walked in, It was an inviting aesthetic environment with a genuine welcoming from Vera and Geri. This was followed by dental hygienist, Carolina who was proficient and patient focused in her care. Dr Wagner reviewed and assessed my dental needs with ultimate honesty and professionalism making me feel like one of the family. This is a superior dental practice!

I truly have no words to describe what an incredible experience I had at Ultimate Smile Dental with Dr. Robert Wagner. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The office is spotless, beautifully designed, and filled with natural light, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The entire team, including the front desk staff—is exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. Dr. Wagner is, without a doubt, one of the most amazing dentists I have ever encountered. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. I came in feeling anxious about having my wisdom tooth removed due to a previous bad experience elsewhere, but he reassured me every step of the way. He took the time to explain the procedure, checked in with me throughout, and made sure I was comfortable at all times. His technique is remarkable, he truly has “angel hands.” The procedure was smooth, quick, and far less stressful than I ever imagined. If you are looking for a dentist who combines professionalism, expertise, and genuine compassion, I cannot recommend Dr. Wagner and his team enough. You will be in excellent hands. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been coming here for years and consistently received excellent care. Dr Wagoner replaced a crown for me a few years ago and it’s held up perfectly. I just had another crown done last week… Same great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is very convenient. Professional, thorough and trustworthy. I highly recommend.

I’ve been coming here for about a year, and every visit felt more like a billing opportunity than actual care. They consistently took X-rays—clearly prioritizing insurance claims—but completely failed to address a serious infection I had for months. That infection wasn’t minor; it kept getting worse and began spreading toward my nose and head. What’s most disturbing is not just the lack of treatment, but the complete absence of concern. No follow-up calls. No check-ins. No urgency. Nothing. I was left dealing with a worsening, dangerous condition on my own, and at one point I genuinely felt like my health was being seriously put at risk. Healthcare is supposed to be about care, accountability, and patient safety. This place showed none of that. I would never trust them again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before putting their health in their hands.

Happy People and Healthy Smiles are what keep me coming back! I haven’t seen Dr. Wagner since 2020!!! Yikes! But Gerri was able to get me in quickly for a cleaning and an appointment to replace 2 aging crowns! I was a bit anxious at the beginning of my appointment but Gerri, Stephanie and Dr. Wagner all put me at ease and I was done in no time and no pain.
